Request deletion of your information

You can ask Creamy Mood to delete personal information connected with your website order or Instagram conversation.

1. Email creamymooduk@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the Instagram username, phone number or email address used for the order, plus the Booking ID if you have one.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to you.

After verification, we will delete or anonymise information that Creamy Mood no longer needs. Some records may be retained where required for accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention or another legal obligation. We will explain the outcome by email.
